Here's a picture I drew over 2 years ago. I had redesigned my Beast Wars fanfic and RPG character, Gemini, but had never gotten around to coloring the darn thing. Then lab school started and it just kept getting pushed back.

As I said on the penciled version of this piece in my scraps, I've decided to give Gemini a new look. I first designed her when I was 14 years old, and I find as I developed her character over the years, her look no longer matched her personality, not to mention, it felt old and didn't fit the Beast Wars universe.

So this is her new and improved look. All clothes she had before are now replaced by cybernetics. Her hair is a bit shorter and I styled it to give her more personality. I find she looks a lot more like her spunky self now.

For a long time I couldn't decide if I wanted to keep her original colors, or if I wanted to go with a new color pallet altogether. I found changing the color pallet completely was kind of a drastic change and I didn't like it as much. so I've decided to stick to the original purple and gold colors in the end, but added a touch of other colors along with it

I got lazy with the background, but I think overall the pic still looks decent. Like I said, it's a very old drawing and I let my perfectionist side go for this one.
